Science Behind Technology


On April 3th and 4th, the International Symposium “FATS AND OILS FOR THE FUTURE: THE NEXT DECADE”, organized by the Fats & Oils Laboratory of the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). This event aims to bring together researchers from different areas of knowledge and other professionals involved and / or interested in the theme to reflect on challenges and plan actions aimed at the world of oils and fats in the next decade.

To take an active part in this movement of change, Desmet Ballestra is one of the partners of the event, will also be present in the person of Dr. Wim De Greyt (R & D Manager), on April 4, with the theme: "Sustainable and cost-efficient of high-quality food oils: current status and trends for the next decade."
